These are unused and come in a pill capsule. All sides are black and fine ground (maybe opaque glass?). The side with the 45 degree angle measures 5mm x 3mm and has been polished to about 1/4 wave flatness, but not aluminized. The entire mirror is 6mm long x 3mm wide. Probably this is an unfinished prism.
