Manufacturer's part #22 CEL 005. This may have been used on a microscope eyepiece or optical system. Measures 25mm diameter (inside opening of 21.5mm, bottom opening is 21mm). There are 2 internal grooves used to hold the achromat in place. 10mm thick. Unused.
