These 2 1/4" long x 1 5/8" wide x 3/8" thick white felt pads were manufactured by The Felters Company of Roebuck SC (product# 38-53130-3), apparently for toy stuffing. Could be used in toy and craft projects, garment, costume, or cushion manufacture, furniture re-upholstering, insulation for display boxes, stamp pads, filter media, and many more uses- you name it! Unused stock.
