Made for a government optical device by Fairchild Space and Defense Systems. Lens is multi element and coated with clear diameter of 35mm and focal length of 76mm (measured from the center of the lens cell). The assembly has an adjustable square iris. Lens can be easily removed. Not a clue what device these were used in.
